IRS and state tax resolution

Behind with the IRS? Let’s talk it through.

Dana Andrews II, Enrolled Agent, has spent 26 years in tax. Tell him what’s going on, in confidence and at no charge, and he’ll explain your options in plain English.

In Dana’s words

IRS problems are a very personal type of problem, and people often do not know where to turn for help. Many live with a back tax problem for months, sometimes years, assuming nothing can be done.

Sound familiar?

Tax problems rarely start big. They grow while we wait.

It’s easy for good, hard-working people to fall behind. What matters is what happens next.

  • The notices keep coming

Each one more urgent than the last, and opening the next feels harder every time.

  • Penalties outpacing payments

Interest and penalties keep adding to a balance you’re already struggling to cover.

  • A levy or a garnishment

Part of your paycheck or bank account is suddenly gone, and the bills don’t wait.

  • Years you haven’t filed

One missed return turned into three, and you don’t know where to start.

A tax advisor leans in across a table, listening closely to a client.

How it works

From the first call to a plan you can live with.

  1. A confidential conversation

In our office or on Zoom, at no charge. Tell us what’s going on, and bring any notices you’ve received.

  2. Your options, explained

We answer your questions and walk through what’s realistically available to you, in plain English.

  3. A written fee estimate

Before any work begins, you’ll know in writing what it costs to resolve your IRS difficulties permanently.

  4. We deal with the IRS

We file what’s missing, negotiate the resolution and keep you updated until it’s closed.

About Dana

Twenty-six years in tax. One focus: getting you relief.

Dana Andrews II

Enrolled Agent · Founder

Dana is an Enrolled Agent, federally authorized to represent taxpayers before the IRS on audits, collections and appeals. Over a 26-year career he has worked as a senior tax accountant, owned and run two tax franchise locations with a staff of 23, and won more than 20 Offers in Compromise and state audit representations.

He brought IRS tax help to Andrews Accounting and Tax Service for the people he kept meeting in Western New York: taxpayers who had tried to handle it themselves, or with their usual preparer, and didn’t get the relief they were seeking.
